This award shall be presented to a company that distinguishes itself in the retail service field, notably by its drive, originality, growth, marketing projects and knowledge of its clients.

 2. Distribution
This award shall be presented to a company that distinguishes itself for superior logistics performance and customer-satisfaction innovations, both business-to-business and business-to-consumer.

 3. Manufacturing
This award shall be presented to a company that distinguishes itself for exceptional accomplishment in terms of resource transformation or product and materials manufacturing.

 4. High Technology and Innovation
This award shall be presented to a company that distinguishes itself for innovation that results in improved efficiency or effectiveness of new products, processes or technologies. Design, technical development and updating will all be considered. The product, process or technology must be on the market.

 5. Markets Outside Quebec
This award shall be presented to a company that primarily distinguishes itself for its growth or its expanded volume in sales outside Quebec regarding some of the following activities: product or service exports, investments, acquisitions or implementation of distribution centers or production units.

 6. Human Resources
This award shall be presented to a company that has distinguished itself by its quality in management practices and the development of its human resources by promoting employee retention and loyalty; attracting quality employees; developing workforce through training and mentoring and helping integrate new workers.

 7. The Accolades Community Shares Award
This award shall be presented to a non profit organization that distinguishes itself for its outstanding positive, economic and/or social results in their services provided to the community in the West Island.

 8. Small Business ( 5 employees or less)
This award shall be presented to a company of 5 employees or less or a self-employed worker that distinguishes itself, himself or herself by a significant progress of the company during the last year. This progress can be in the development of a specific project or related to the overall activities of the business.

 9. Business to Business Services
This award shall be presented to a company that distinguishes itself for the outstanding quality of service offered to its clients and the efficency of their operations.

 10. Ecosustainable Production and Design    
This award shall be presented to a manufacturer or a designer whose product is already on the retail market and who has implemented a life cycle management approach for its product or process.
